RuneScape Dragonwilds - 6 Hardest Skills To Master, Ranked
Mastering skills in RuneScape: Dragonwilds can be harsh. This is a list of the hardest skills to level up in the game.
This ranked list spotlights the best Food Recipes to craft in RuneScape: Dragonwilds, considering how useful they are, the duration of their buffs, and their crafting cost/benefit.
1 Kebab
The Best Defense Against Poison Damage
- Grants: Resistance to Poison Damage/Effect (Fungal Fortitude)
- Duration: 900 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Moderate
The Kebab is one of the last recipes players will unlock once they have the Cooking Range, and that requires leveling the Cooking Skill by a lot. It is crafted using 6 Raw Bestial Meat, 6 Raw Farm Meat, 4 Onion, and 4 Bittercap Mushroom and offers the highest level of protection against Poison Damage for the longest possible duration.
Since the most annoying enemies in the game (Caustic Plants, Garou Druids, Rotten Giant Rats, Rat Kings, and the giant dragon General Velgar) cause Poison Damage, having this food recipe available is key to surviving in RuneScape: Dragonwilds. Players can get most of their ingredients in the Fractured Plains by killing wolves, sheep, and collecting Onions from the ground. The Bittercap Mushroom can be found in the Whispering Marsh, and there's a cave in the northeastern wall that connects with Fractured Plains that has tons of them.
2 Meat Pizza
A Great Way To Prevent Bleeding
- Grants: Resistance to Bleeding Effect (Coagulated)
- Duration: 900 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Moderate
The Meat Pizza is one of the best food items that allows players to counter bleeding effects caused by the annoying Garou Hunters. These vicious archer enemies have a maddening range and aim, and facing two of them at the same time is a death sentence if players don't have Bleeding Resistance.

So, the Meat Pizza can't grant them protection against the side effects of their attacks, though the damage will still be a problem if they're not well-equipped enough. To craft this yummy treat, players need 9 Raw Bestial Meat, 9 Raw Rat Meat, 6 Onion, and 2 Shocking Plant Bulb, the latter being the hardest ingredient to find.
3 Wild Pie
Shocked? No More
- Grants: Resistance to Shock Damage/Effect (Grounded)
- Duration: 900 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Moderate
The Wild Pie is another powerful consumable that players should have ready before exploring the Stormtouched Highlands. Since the lightning strikes and Shocking Plants will be a constant threat as they explore this zone, having the Shock Damage resistance effect active will save players' lives more than once.
This food can be crafted using 9 Raw Farm Meat, 9 Raw Game Meat, 4 Redberries, and 4 Dwellberries, all easy-to-farm ingredients found in Temple Hills (Redberries, Raw Farm Meat & Game Meat), Bramblemead Valley (Redberries), and Fractured Plains (Dwellberries).
4 Ferocious Infusion
Reduces That Annoying Stamina Cost Per Attack
- Grants: Reduced Stamina costs of Attacks (Ferocious)
- Duration: 300 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Very Low
Ferocious Infusion is a drink that grants one of the most useful buffs in the game: Ferocious, which reduces Stamina Cost of Attacks by 35%. This infusion can be brewed relatively early during the game, using the Cooking pot, and putting 2x Clean Water and 2x Animal bones in it.
RuneScape Dragonwilds - How to Get Anti-Dragon Shield
Here's how to get the Anti-Dragon shield recipe in RuneScape: Dragonwilds to protect yourself from Dragon breath attacks.
Clean Water is easy to get: by boiling Dirty Water. Animal bones drop from Cows, Deer, Sheep, Rams, Wolves, and basically, any Tier 2+ animals you come across in the game. But Cows are the easiest to kill in the early stages, so that's how players can get this buff from early on.
5 Fortifying Crunchies
Cost-Effective Way To Deal With Poison
- Grants: Resistance to Poison Effect (Fungal Fortitude)
- Duration: 150 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Very Low
The Fortifying Crunchies are a cheaper version of the Kebab, that can be crafted relatively early in the game and at a low cost. They grant the same Fungal Fortitude perk, but with less effectiveness and duration: only 150 seconds of Poison Damage resistance.
To craft this treat, players will have to combine 2x Bittercap Mushroom and 2x Redberries in the Cooking Pot, then watch the magic happen. Fair warning, though, if players are looking to make efficient use of this cheap buff, they should think about casting Internal Alchemy often, so bring some Fire and Nature Runes to use this spell and reset the buff duration.
6 Evasive Infusion
Ideal For Fans Of Souls Games
- Grants: Reduced Stamina costs of Dodging (Evasion)
- Duration: 300 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Very Low
The Evasive Infusion is yet another incredibly useful drink that can be crafted at a low cost, and grants the players a reduced cost to their dodge action. Since a lot of tough enemies like Garou Thanes and Berserkers use unblockable attacks, having this cost-effective buff active will guarantee players an easy escape from certain death.
To craft it, players need Dirty or Clean Water, and a Small Animal Tooth. These ingredients are super easy to get: Water from ponds and rivers, and the Tooth from Giant Rats and other Tier 1 enemies. Of course, there's also a chance to get them killing wolves in Tier 3/4 zones, but why risk themselves when players can find them in low-level areas by the heaps.
7 Fleet-Footed Infusion
Run Like The Wind, Explore Faster
- Grants: Reduced Stamina costs of Running (Fleet Footed)
- Duration: 300 seconds
- Crafting Cost: Low
The Fleet-Footed Infusion is another cost-effective buff that will take players a long mile, and quite literally, since it offers a buff that reduces the stamina cost of running. It's a great buff for exploring, though its combat effectiveness is debatable. On the other hand, its recipe requires one of the most annoying ingredients to get: Antlers.
Hunting Deer and farming their Antlers can become a pain, more so if players are not used to the bow. But, as a matter of fact, there's an easy way to get tons of these if players explore the southern section of Bramblemead Valley, as it is filled with packs of Deer grazing around, and they're just an arrow to the head away from becoming their steady Antler source.
