Clotted Cream Cookie’s Light Cage can be both an offensive and defensive ability, making him a particularly versatile Magic Cookie.

If a critical hit lands, her ability can partially ignore any resistance that enemies may have to Zap damage. The Glittering Rock Spirit buff that Shining Glitter Cookie applies will also increase the critical damage resistance of herself and her teammates.

There is also a chance to apply the Frozen debuff to enemies.

The Help Me, Snow King Magic Candy skill makes the Snow King more powerful. He becomes immune to any changes in attack speed and deals even more damage to Frozen targets. The Snow King also gives Snow Sugar Cookie an HP Shield, and will absorb some of the damage aimed at Snow Sugar Cookie.

Moonlight Cookie has an incredibly versatile special skill, Dream of the Night Sky, which puts the enemy team to sleep while also applying a debuff that increases the amount of damage enemies take. Any enemies who avoid falling asleep due to resistance buffs will become drowsy and fall asleep when their buffs deplete.

Not only that, but Moonlight Cookie can also heal herself with her special skill. She might be difficult to obtain in this Gacha, due to being a Legendary Cookie, but players who are lucky enough to collect her will find her to be an asset to their team.

Frost Queen Cookie narrowly beats out Moonlight Cookie for the top spot on our list of the best Magic Cookies thanks to the sheer power of her magical abilities. As her name suggests, Frost Queen Cookie’s powers revolve around applying Freeze and Frost debuffs and dealing Ice damage. Her Freezing Squall ability damages enemies with Ice and Freezes them. This debuff not only deals more damage when the enemy thaws out, but it also pauses the Cooldown of enemy abilities.

Using her Eternal Frost Crystal Jam skill upgrades her Freezing Squall ability and makes Frost Queen Cookie immune to any changes in attack speed (she is already immune to Freezing). Eternal Frost creates a blizzard that periodically damages enemies and applies the Freeze, Chill, and Frost debuffs. Any teammates that deal Ice damage will also have their attack damage increased.

Frost Queen Cookie finishes off her Eternal Frost ability by hurling the Shard of Eternal Frost at the enemy team, freezing and damaging them. If an enemy is immune to Freeze, they will be Chilled and then become Frozen when their Frost resistance buff wears out. With her strong Ice powers and her ability to unleash a range of debuffs, Frost Queen Cookie is undoubtedly one of the absolute best Magic Cookies in Cookie Run: Kingdom.
