UFO Robot Grendizer - The Feast of the Wolves is inspired by the classic Japanese anime UFO Robot Grendizer. It follows the canonical story by setting up the invasion of the Vegan Empire on Planet Fleed. The only hope of stopping the empire's terror is the pilot skills of Duke Fleed, the crown prince.
The only available mech is Grendizer, which is more than enough to handle the empire's reign. The mech excels at close-range combat with its metal bare hands and Double Harken, though can still fight at a distance with missiles and hand beams. The combat is straightforward and satisfying, with the protagonist dramatically yelling special moves just like in nostalgic Japanese anime. It can even shapeshift into the Spazers to chase and shoot aerial enemies.

Xenoblade Chronicles X is the most different entry to the Xenoblade Chronicles franchise with its more sci-fi scenario and vast open world. Players awaken to find themselves on planet Mira with so much undiscovered territory. Once they get affiliated with New Los Angeles, they're tasked to help uncover the hidden secrets of the alien planet. Due to the very large landscape, it's hard for the player to find everything on foot. It isn't until the later chapters that the protagonist gets the chance to earn a Skell license.
Skells are giant mechs with abnormal strength to raise the user's combat and exploration capabilities. They're great to call at a moment's notice, especially when using flight and vehicle models to traverse the planet with ease. Since they are machines, pilots are responsible for handling the skell's needs like equipment parts and fuel for better efficiency.
