Xbox Game Pass Adding 1000xRESIST on November 4

It's unclear if 1000xRESIST is exclusive to the Ultimate tier or coming to the other tiers of Game Pass as well, but we do know that it's joining the service on November 4. 1000xRESIST is an award-winning sci-fi adventure game that was originally released in 2024 for PC and Nintendo Switch. It earned extremely high scores at the time of its release, netting an impressive 89 average on review aggregate site OpenCritic. Game Pass subscribers will be able to play 1000xRESIST at no additional cost, but the game is also coming to PS5 on the same day.

For those unfamiliar with the game, 1000xRESIST puts players in the role of Iris, a "Watcher" who is living in a world where an alien disease has wiped out most of humanity. The remaining humans have fled underground and are governed by an entity known as the ALLMOTHER, but not everything is what it seems and Iris must uncover the truth. 1000xRESIST reviews praised the game's story in particular, so fans of narrative-driven games should especially be excited for it to make its Game Pass debut on November 4.

1000xRESIST isn't the only new Xbox Game Pass game on deck for November 2025. Joining it on November 4 is Football Manager 26, while Whiskerwood is coming November 6. Winter Burrow will join Game Pass on November 12, and finally, Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will be added as a day one Game Pass game on November 14. While it won't be quite as busy as October, November should still prove to be an incredibly exciting time for Game Pass subscribers, with notable day one releases and the debut of critically-acclaimed older games like 1000xRESIST. Whether these new games are enough to keep people subscribed in the wake of the price hike remains to be seen, however.
