Holstin's eerie atmosphere and unsettling tone are bolstered by its hand-painted, pixel-art visuals, while the rotating camera and perspective shifts allow it to stand out from games such as CONSCRIPT and SIGNALIS. In the game, players are given control of a deranged scientist shortly after three of their limbs are torn from them.
