Saber is a hypercarry who needs a lot of things to work optimally in Honkai: Star Rail. Even if you have the best team for her, you likely won't be able to get as much damage out of her skills if you aren't using the right Light Cones.
Thankfully, Saber is a fairly straightforward character as far as buildcrafting goes. She scales off ATK and CRIT stats, which means she'll be able to make good use of most of the Light Cone options for Destruction characters in Star Rail. This guide goes over the best Saber LC options to help players better understand what to go for when building this character.

Best Saber Light Cones in HSR
As a direct damage dealer who relies on spamming their Ultimate, Saber benefits from anything that bumps up her raw offensive stats. She doesn't need Break Effect like Firefly, nor does she really need any sort of self-healing that characters like Jingliu, Blade, or Clara do. This means we can focus strictly on boosting her ATK and CRIT while leaving everything else to be provided by her teammates.

This is a standard 4-star Light Cone that players can get by rolling in any HSR banner. It provides a solid ATK boost, and when Saber defeats an enemy, it increases her CRIT Rate by up to 24%. This is great if you lack CRIT Rate from Saber's Relics, but since the latter part of the Light Cone's effect requires you to defeat an enemy, it won't be as good when fighting lone targets.

This Light Cone is obtainable from the battle pass, and it might just be the best 4-star option for Saber. The added CRIT Rate takes some of the edge off when it comes to Relic farming in HSR, and the added Skill and Ultimate DMG bonuses are more than welcome. When using this, it may be a good idea to have a support unit who can buff Saber's ATK just to compensate for any potential damage loss.

On the Fall of an Aeon is a universally useful Light Cone for any Destruction character in HSR. It offers a solid damage boost that only gets better when its user breaks an enemy's Weakness. The latter shouldn't be a problem for Saber if you're using her against Wind-weak enemies, but if you have Silver Wolf or Anaxa on your team, you should have no problem breaking anyone's Weakness.

A Thankless Coronation is Saber's signature Light Cone, and, as one would expect, it's the absolute best one for her to use. It's curated to fit Saber's playstyle, and no other Light Cone in the game so far will be able to match the sheer value this one can provide for her.
