How to Become an Astronaut in Bitlife
To become an astronaut in the game, you must first purchase the Astronaut Special Career pack, which costs somewhere around $4.99. It's included for free with the Boss Mode, but if you don't have that, you'll need to buy it separately. After buying the special career pack, you are good to go!
Much like how it happens in real life, anyone wishing to become an astronaut must study STEM in Bitlife as well. For those who don’t know, STEM stands for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics. Once you have graduated from school, when it's time for university, get your character enrolled in one of the STEM majors. Choosing engineering or mathematics majors will be a good option.
The next step after graduating from university is to get your pilot’s license. This can take a bit of time because the process involves completing 40 hours of classes and passing a test by answering questions correctly. Keep in mind that the classes will cost a few thousand dollars, so make sure you have enough funds. If you are short on money, part-time jobs and freelancing can be a great option.
After getting your pilot’s license, the next destination is the Space Academy. You can get into Space Academy either by sponsoring yourself or applying for a scholarship. The Space Academy is for two years, and during your time there, you should train well to be able to pass a test in the end. The test usually features real-world astronomy questions, so you may need to dig around for the answers. Space Academy will focus on three areas: fitness, flight, and technical.
Post-graduation from Space Academy, your character is now eligible to become an astronaut. When graduating from the Academy, you will be asked to either join the Space Agency or take time off. The choice is totally yours: become an astronaut right away or take some time off and come back again. And there you have it; this is how you can become an astronaut in Bitlife!
