In the first chapter, Black Myth: Wukong players will come across a baboon near Buddha's head. As they get closer, the baboon runs away, leaving behind an object known as Skandha of Form.
Upon picking the item, players will find no immediate use for it. It will remain in their inventory as it cannot do anything on its own.
There are five Skandha in total, and Black Myth: Wukong players need to gather all of them to be able to use them. This guide will cover the location of all five Skandha and what to do with them.

All Skandha Locations In Black Myth: Wukong
As previously stated, there are five Skandha in Black Myth: Wukong, and they can be obtained in different chapters.
Skandha of Form
Skandha of Form is the first item that players will find. From the Outside of Forest Keeper's Shrine, go straight and cross the bridge. Go left as you enter the forest, and you should find a Buddha head. Approach it to obtain the Skandha of Form.
Skandha of Feeling
Skandha of Feeling can only be obtained after players collect six
Buddha's Eyeballs and put them inside a rock, where they fight the Stone Vanguard. This will summon the Shigandang, and players must defeat it to earn Skandha of Feeling.
Skandha of Thought
Skandha of Thought is located near the Mindfulness Cliff Keeper’s Shrine. Disengage from the shrine and follow the main path. Keep going until a path made of wooden planks comes into view. Stand on it and drop down. Go through the cavernous area and walk up the stairs. As you climb up, a Buddha's head should be nearby. Interact with the head to get Skandha of Thought.
Skandha of Choice
Skandha of Choice is one of the easier items to find. Fast travel to the Purifying Spring Keeper's Shrine in the Webbed Hollow. From here, follow the main path. As you climb the first stairs, look to the left to find Buddha's Head. Jump down and take the Skandha of Choice.
Skandha of Consciousness
Skandha of Consciousness is dropped by the Giant Shigandang, a Yaoguai King located in a rocky area in Chapter 6. Go to the place where you fought the Son of Stones. Move straight and then take a right as you reach the end. Keep going until you see an area with a massive stone figure. Go down and beat the Giant Shigandang to get the Skandha of Consciousness.
What Do With Skandha In Black Myth: Wukong
After claiming all Skandha, players must go to the Zodiac Village (unlocked by completing Chen Long's request). Interact with Xu Dog and hand over all Skandhas. He will give you the
Five Skandhas Pill, which increases Health, Mana, and Stamina.
The Five Skandhas Pill is needed to unlock a trophy.
