There are six
Buddha's Eyeball in Black Myth: Wukong's Yellow Wind Ridge, and these Key Items can be used to summon Shigandang, a Yaoguai King. This process can be a bit confusing, though, and players may be unclear about where to find the eyeballs and where to use them. This guide is here to provide clarity on those matters, and fans can find all the information that they need about Black Myth: Wukong's
Buddha's Eyeball in what follows.
All the locations detailed in this guide are within Yellow Wind Ridge, Black Myth: Wukong's second level.

Black Myth Wukong: Buddha's Eyeball Locations
The first step toward using the
Buddha's Eyeball is collecting six of them, and they can be found in these locations:
Buddha's Eyeball #1
- Closest Keeper's Shrine: Squall Hideout (Fright Cliff)
Players can find a head with a
Buddha's Eyeball on the ground just before reaching the Squall Hideout Keeper's Shrine.
Buddha's Eyeball #2
- Closest Keeper's Shrine: Squall Hideout (Fright Cliff)
After activating the Squall Hideout Keeper's Shrine, players should walk past it, sticking to the path on the right. As fans of action games travel in that direction, they will see some wooden scaffolding from which several enemies are firing projectiles. Players can get on to that scaffolding via wooden stairs, and there is a
Buddha's Eyeball to be collected at the far end.
Buddha's Eyeball #3
- Closest Keeper's Shrine: Squall Hideout (Fright Cliff)
After collecting the
Buddha's Eyeball that is atop the wooden scaffolding, players should turn to their left and jump to the path that is below them. Fans of games with RPG elements should now be very close to another stone head that awards a
Buddha's Eyeball.
Buddha's Eyeball #4
- Closest Keeper's Shrine: Squall Hideout (Fright Cliff)
Players should now situate themselves in front of the head from which they extracted the third
Buddha's Eyeball and turn around. Fans should then walk a few paces forward and use the path on their right to enter a cavernous area. Upon entering this area, players should go right and follow the first path on their left to reach an alcove with a
Buddha's Eyeball.
Buddha's Eyeball #5
- Closest Keeper's Shrine: Squall Hideout (Fright Cliff)
Players should now backtrack to the beginning of the path that they just used to reach the fourth
Buddha's Eyeball and turn left. Fans should then climb the slope through the cavernous area, keeping to the left whenever it is possible to do so. Fans that move in this direction will ultimately encounter the Mother of Stone, a boss in Black Myth: Wukong, and there is a path that leads to a
Buddha's Eyeball on the right side of her arena.
Buddha's Eyeball #6
- Closest Keeper's Shrine: Rockrest Flat (Fright Cliff)
Players can find a head with a
Buddha's Eyeball just to the left of the Rockrest Flat Keeper's Shrine.
Black Myth Wukong: What to Do With Buddha's Eyeballs
After collecting six Buddha's Eyeballs, players should enter the arena to the left of the Rockrest Flat Keeper's Shrine in Fright Cliff. For full clarity, this is the arena in which fans of games inspired by Chinese mythology battle the Stone Vanguard, and there is a rock with faces carved into it near the entrance. As players approach that rock, they will discover that they can deliver the Buddha's Eyeballs, and that action will initiate a battle with Shigandang.
