Find & Fight Chen Loong
To begin, players must find and defeat Chen Loong, and they are very near to the North Shore of Bitter Lake Keeper's Shrine in the New West. More specifically, action game fans who are trying to find this character should interact with the Keeper's Shrine, turn around so that the ocean is on their left side, and walk forward along the water. After traveling in that direction for a short distance, players will see a small house, and Chen Loong is standing in the ocean near that structure.

Get Medicine from Xu Dog
After beating Chen Loong, they will indicate that they need Xu Dog's resurrections pills, and players must now set their sights on visiting that character. For full clarity, Xu Dog is the NPC that helps make medicines in Black Myth: Wukong, and he can be found in the alcove next to the Cellar Keeper's Shrine in Yellow Wind Ridge's Crouching Tiger Temple.
