Black Myth: Wukong has many side quests that can only be unlocked after players explore a region fully. It might feel time-consuming, but the rewards are plenty, making it worth the effort.
Sometimes, taking a different turn is all it takes to find a certain quest. In chapter 3, Black Myth: Wukong players will be able to tackle several missions, the Snow Fox's request being one of them.

How To Start Fox Quest In Black Myth: Wukong
In order to begin the side quest, Black Myth: Wukong players need to reach the Forest of Felicity Keeper's Shrine. Just ahead of the shrine, there is a wooden gate with a body. Go forth and talk to it. After finishing the conversation, players will learn how the fox was slaughtered by a scholar-turned-monk. The fox will give you the Snow Fox Brush and tell you the monk is in New Thunderclap Temple. Examine the body again, and you will be transformed into a fox.
How To Complete Fox Quest In Black Myth: Wukong
Your destination is the New Thunderclap Temple, but you won't be able to access the location until after beating a boss. For the fight, you will want to transform back into your original form. The boss isn't too difficult, and players should be able to take it down within a couple of attempts.
Next, activate the Temple Entrance Keeper's Shrine and take a right. As you move forward, two big staircases will barge into view.
Take the left one and go to the top. Head left, and there should be more stairs. Go down from here and enter the building.
Keep to the right and use the stairs to reach the top of the building. From the balcony, take two rights consecutively, and you should be near a wooden bridge.
Cross the bridge, deal with the two enemies, and transform into a fox. Then take the stairs, and as you get closer, a cutscene will be triggered.
You can transform into a fox using the Snow Fox Brush from the inventory.
Beat Non-Void
- Uses paper to attack
- Can use an ability similar to Cloud Foot
Non-Void can be a handful with his tricks, but nothing too special to keep players busy for long. Using A Pluck of Many and Immobilize spells will bring down in next to no time. After beating him, you need to do one more thing.
Fast travel to the Forest of Felicity Shrine and talk to the fox. It will be relieved to learn that justice has been served. Upon the completion of the mission, players will earn a Snow Fox Brush Curio.
