Black Myth: Wukong has many secret areas that can only be accessed after players beat certain bosses and obtain specific items. The Loong bosses in the game are secret bosses that can only be fought after players reach Chapter 2.

They need to beat the First Prince of the Flowing Sands and then get the Loong Scales. After getting your hands on the Loong Scales, players can finally start to take down the Loong bosses. The Yellow Loong is the fourth and final Loong boss, so it might take a while before Black Myth: Wukong players can beat him.

Where To Find The Yellow Loong In Black Myth: Wukong

In order to trigger the Yellow Loong fight, players will need to beat the first three Loongs. They must be defeated in the following order.

Upon beating the three, players need to head to Cliff of Oblivion Keeper's Shrine, where they previously fought Buddha's Right Hand. Cross the area and then make your way down until you see a rope bridge. Keep following the path, and you will reach the Relief of the Fallen Loong Keeper's Shrine.

How To Beat Yellow Loong In Black Myth: Wukong

Defeat Yellow Loong To Obtain The Golden Loong Staff

From the Relief of the Fallen Loong Keeper's Shrine, go straight until you reach the gazebo. As you draw near, Yellow Loong will attack. He is much stronger than the previous Loongs combined. His attacks can cause Shock build-u p, meaning players will take more damage than usual once the gauge is full.

Players can use Shock-Quelling Powder to remove Shock status ailment, and temporarily gain extra resistance.

The key to winning this fight is dodging Yellow Long's attacks at the right time. The enemy can attack quickly, but he follows a pattern. For instance, he does a forward thrust at the beginning and combines it with a sweeping attack. It is better to dodge forward than backwards, as the second attack will hit you.

When he is around 60% HP, he will charge up and then go airborne to launch multiple attacks. Players need to keep an eye on his hand movement and dodge as soon as he is about to finish his arm movement. Dodging the attack too soon or too late will cause a great deal of damage.

Another thing that players need to be aware of is that Yellow Loong has lengthy combos, and they become complicated as the fight drags on. If you feel overwhelmed, use the Immobilize spell to catch your breath and resume attacking again.

Once Yellow Loong is beaten, players will be able to craft the Golden Loong Staff, which is one of the best weapons in the game.
