The Essex Model 07 comes with a roster of attachments that players can grind for, some of which are carried over from previous weapons, while others are entirely unique to the weapon itself. To unlock attachments for the Essex Model 07, players simply need to level up the weapon by earning Weapon XP, with the Essex Model 07 capping out at 38 total levels.

The only exceptions to the rule here are Optics, some of which need to be unlocked by leveling up other weapons, and the Monolithic Suppressor. The Monolithic Suppressor was an attachment tied to the Season 3 Battle Pass, and those who have not already unlocked it will need to claim it through the Armory.
