How Does The Rivals Event Work in Black Ops 6 & Warzone

The Rivals Event is another XP-based event, similar to the Black Ops Tribute Event that debuted in Season 3. To complete it, players must progress through XP milestones by earning XP in Multiplayer, Zombies, and Warzone simply by playing the game. Each milestone unlocks a specific reward, which is automatically granted once the required XP amount is reached.

Players will need to earn a total of 622,000 XP during the Rivals Event’s runtime to unlock all milestone rewards. Once all milestones are completed, they will also receive the event’s free Mastery Reward, along with an additional Mastery Reward if they own the Season 4 BlackCell Pass.

The Rivals Event's opening weekend is accompanied by a Double XP Weekend, which will end on Monday, June 23, at 10 AM PT. Be sure to take advantage of this opportunity to grind the event and progress through each milestone more quickly.

All Rivals Event Rewards in Black Ops 6 & Warzone

There are a total of 16 rewards that players can earn as part of the Rivals Event, with 14 of them tied to individual XP milestones. Additionally, players can unlock a free Mastery Reward by completing the event, as well as an extra Mastery Reward if they own the Season 4 BlackCell Pass.
