Not everything on Terminus Island has to be fighting the horrors of Requiem’s experiments and the undead hordes that seek those wanting revenge against Richtofen. In fact, there are some activities in Black Ops 6’s Terminus that allow players to have a little bit of recreational fun outside of the killing and the maiming.

Players must fight the undead horrors and experiments that are stopping their escape from Terminus Island in this Black Ops 6 Zombies main quest!
Within the Black Ops 6 Zombies map Terminus, players can obtain Essence rewards for hitting a 3-pointer, but only if they know exactly what gun they need and where to shoot their shot. The basketball easter egg gives a good amount of cash for what it is, allowing for easy points on low rounds and an impressive display of marksmanship.
How to Activate the Basketball Easter Egg on Terminus
To do this easter egg, it’s best to have an explosive weapon like the Pack-a-Punched GS45 for the Sally & Forth, or other explosives like rocket launchers and grenades. Now, players need to head outside of Engineering onto the two crates in the middle. Once on top of the crates, look West, facing the Living Quarters where Jugger-Nog resides, and jump as you shoot to see a basketball trapped on the roof’s rafters.
Players need to shoot this ball, aiming their weapon just at the corner of the rooftop so that the blast will knock the ball into the basketball hoop found at the Rec Yard. Doing so will emit a white flash on the screen, and 2,000 Essence will explode from the basketball hoop in a cherished reward for a 3-pointer for the ages.
There is currently a Zombie Intel with the hint “3 pointer”, and many expect it to be the basketball easter egg, but if that’s the case, it is currently bugged.
