The terrifying prison island of Terminus holds many secrets in Black Ops 6, and those Zombies players out there who want to earn a couple of secret freebies can do so rather easily, aiding their arsenal and their entire team through the discovery of hidden secrets and easter eggs that will see them earn a guaranteed free Perk-a-Cola, albeit a completely random one.

Players must fight the undead horrors and experiments that are stopping their escape from Terminus Island in this Black Ops 6 Zombies main quest!

Eddie Richtofen hides many dark secrets and experiments on Black Ops 6's Terminus Island, but there are some that if uncovered, can grant great rewards. This one in particular involves a set of experiments within cages in the Bio Labs, and the prize for patience is a Perk-a-Cola that can save players thousands of Essence.

How to Get a Free Perk in the Bio Lab

Once players have reached the Bio Lab, head to the West side between the Crafting Table and the Armor Wall-Buy. Looking at the wall and then up, players will notice some zombies just out of reach, locked up in a few cages. All players need to do is kill these zombies within the cages and then progress to a new round. At the start of a new round, Parasites will spawn inside the cells, and players now need to kill them and wait for another round to progress.

It’s worth noting that just above the Armor Wall-Buy there are more cells, so it’s best to check both spots to make sure there isn’t a rogue zombie or Parasite lurking within. The best weapon to kill these caged zombies is an explosive, as it might be hard to hit a zombie through the bars of the cell without a little extra kick.

The final step will have players kill a Mangler that spawns in one of the cells. The easiest way to cause damage to the Mangler is by shooting his cannon arm, and then when that’s destroyed, shoot his head. As soon as the Mangler is defeated, a Random Perk Power-Up will spawn at the player’s feet. This Perk is guaranteed and will be completely random depending on what Perks the player does not currently have.
