'Hell Arc, Please': Tite Kubo And Bleach Account Tease New Announcement This Week

Bleach fans, rejoice! A big announcement is likely coming later this week. Could it be the long-awaited Hell Arc?

Bleach x Burn the Witch Crossover Might Be Coming

A fan recently asked what would happen if Ichigo went to London and how he would interact with the Wing Bind—essentially, what a crossover between Bleach and Burn the Witch would look like. Kubo answered that he might write a story about it one day, so he's keeping the details under wraps for now.

Since both stories are officially set in the same universe and only a few years apart, fans have long speculated about a potential crossover, so it's good that Kubo has confirmed that he might eventually work on it.

What About The Long-Awaited Hell Arc?

A few years ago, Kubo released a special chapter titled "No Breathes from Hell," teasing that the Hell Arc would be coming. Since the original manga hinted at this arc, fans have long hoped that Kubo would eventually continue the story. Many were disappointed with the manga’s ending, feeling not only dissatisfied with the conclusion, but also that there was still much left unexplored.

Unfortunately, no updates have surfaced since the release of the special chapter in 2023. Still, many fans hope that the arc will begin after the Bleach: TYBW anime is concluded. Bleach: TYBW Part 4 is expected to be released in 2026. A Bleach panel is scheduled for July 4 at Anime Expo, where new information about the anime should be revealed.

Tite Kubo has also hinted at a sequel to the Burn the Witch manga released in 2020, though no new chapters have been released so far.

Bleach and Bleach: Thousand-Year Blood War are available to stream on Hulu and Disney+, subbed and dubbed in English.
