Each player's experience with Blue Prince will be slightly different. This is in part because there is so much to do, and some of it is easy to miss, but it is also because you can choose which floor plans you want to add and which you want to upgrade.
There are a bunch of Upgrade Disks hidden all over the house, and you will need to look hard to find them all. This article contains the locations of every Upgrade Disk in Blue Prince as well as what they can be used for in this challenging puzzle game.
Blue Prince: How To Unlock Curse Mode
If you want a bigger challenge in Blue Prince, you can start up something called Curse Mode, which makes everything much more difficult.

Inside the house itself and the outer rooms, you can find fifteen Upgrade Disks. There is also the possibility of purchasing more of these from the Trading Post outside the house, but you will have to trade items for them. How to Get More Upgrade Disks
If you want more than the fifteen disks you can find around the house, you can trade for one at the Trading Post. You need to first draft the Trading Post outside in the Grounds, then you need to have Blue Prince items worth trading a disk for, like the Ornate Compass, the Emerald Bracelet, or the Master Key. It seems like the Trading Post won't give you access to more than one disk per day. Additional disks can be used to change the upgrade choices you have already made.
All Possible Room Upgrades in Blue Prince
There are sixteen total upgrades possible. Most rooms can only be upgraded once, but the Spare Room has two sets of upgrades; you will need to upgrade to the related secondary room to get to the upgrades beside it.
