Blue Prince gives the player many ways to power up to improve their chances of completing a run. From permanent upgrades to daily allowances, there are many ways you can buff yourself, but some power-ups only last the duration of the run and don’t carry over to the next day.
You will encounter Items on your Manor expeditions quite often, and these items will aid you on your quest in one way or another. Some will peel away the mysteries of the Mount Holly Estate, while others will let you run farther.
Blue Prince: All Safe Codes & Locations
To open every Blue Prince safe, you must figure out each specific safe code (or padlock code) to unlock access to a Red Letter and other rewards.
How to Get Items in Blue Prince
There are a few different rooms where players will encounter items in Blue Prince. There is a small chance that you will see an item in any room, but the chances of getting it randomly are quite low, though not zero.
The Security room terminal will tell you the inventory in your house, letting you know if there are any items in the rooms you’ve already drafted within the house.

Some rooms can spawn trunks when drafted, which might also have an item inside of them when opened with a key, a lockpick, or a sledgehammer. The Twins constellation will spawn two trunks in the starting room when seen in the Observatory. Another constellation, the Sail, makes everything in the store 50% off.
The red room, Maid's Chamber, reduces the chance of you finding items in the Manor, so be careful when drafting it.
Blue Prince: Pump Room Guide
In order to solve a whole bunch of puzzles in Blue Prince, you'll need to figure out how to use the pumps in the Pump Room to lower water levels.
All Items and Their Effects in Blue Prince
The normal items that you find within Blue Prince are quite useful, but they can be combined using different recipes to create some truly wonderful items called contraptions in the workshop. You can also find “luxury” items in the showroom. These items cost a lot of money, but they have very powerful effects to compensate for their high cost.
