While the majority of your time in Blue Princ e will be spent inside the mysterious manor, you should still take time to step outside and explore. There are plenty of things to find around your campsite, and as you look around you will come across a fenced-off Apple Orchard. While it may seem like just a decoration that can be ignored, finding a way into the Apple Orchard is worth the effort. But in order to enter the Apple Orchard, you must first figure out what the code for the lock is.

How to Find the Lock Code for the Campsite in Blue Prince

Before you can find the code for the lock, there are several steps you will need to take. First, you will want to find the Utility Closet which contains the circuit breaker. While there is a puzzle to be solved here as well, you can ignore it for now if you are trying to reach the Apple Orchard. Instead, open the circuit breaker and click the switch for the Dark Room to "On" instead of "Off".

Normally, the Dark Room is completely pitch black. But if you flip the switch in the Utility Closet, the lights will turn on. Next, locate a Magnifying Glass if you don't already have one. While you are in the Dark Room, look for a picture of the Apple Orchard. Pull up the Magnifying Glass and zoom in on the large tree to the left. Engraved in a heart, you will see the date November 28th (11/28). This is the code for the lock that keeps you out of the Apple Orchard and will allow you to solve this puzzle.

What Do You Get For Entering the Apple Orchard?

Head back to the gate outside and enter 1128 into the combination lock. This unlocks the Apple Orchard, which provides you with the following upgrade:

Starting tomorrow, you begin each day with an extra 20 steps. This effect is permanent.

You also gain access to a shed where the Groundskeeper for Mount Holly has left some helpful notes. In addition to showing you the spots where you are more likely to get Green Rooms, you also get information on another area of the manor known only as the Cloister.

So not only do you get information that will be helpful in your search for Room 46, but you also have even more energy to work with while exploring the manor in Blue Prince.
