The tricky part about any puzzle in this game is that the solution is never obvious, and in some cases, the information you need is in an entirely different room. How to Solve the Dartboard Puzzle in Blue Prince

On the left and the right of the Dartboard, you will see chalk with math symbols (division, multiplication, etc). This provides a hint on how this puzzle is solved. For a more clear-cut hint, look for the Nook. In this room, you will find a note that you can read. If you have the Magnifying Glass, you can zoom in on the journal to see a page containing the following information about the Dartboard puzzle. The Magnifying Glass can be purchased from the store or found randomly in other rooms.

Light Blue: Addition
Yellow: Subtraction
Pink: Multiplication
Purple: Division

Also, pay attention to the order of operations below the color chart. Follow the color from the innermost part of the Dartboard and work your way out. Below is a step-by-step example of how this puzzle can be solved.

The first color is blue, and the number is 13. Click on 13.

Next, there were three blue on five, one, and three. Add them all together and click nine.

After that, the Dartboard displayed blue 17, yellow four, and yellow nine. Add 17, and then subtract four and nine. The answer is four, so click four.

Finally, the Dartboard displayed blue 15, yellow 10, and pink three. Add 15, subtract 10, and then multiply it by three. The answer will be 15, so click on it.

The solution to this puzzle is different every day, but as long as you understand the mechanics, you will be able to solve it every time.

What Do You Get For Solving the Dartboard Puzzle?

After you have picked the correct answer enough times, the Dartboard will go up and reveal a hidden compartment. The reward will be random, but you can expect to get helpful items like:

Two keys
Keycard
Silver Key

So, while this isn't an essential puzzle in terms of reaching the elusive Room 46, the reward you get from solving the Dartboard puzzle can help you out if you run into a locked door that would otherwise end your run.
