Some special resonance objects in Blue Protocol: Star Resonance let your character absorb their core skills and abilities. You can, of course, find them across different regions of the map. Once activated, the abilities they grant become part of your character’s body, allowing you to use them during combat or while performing daily in-game activities.

The Wind Core is one of these objects. It gives you the power to control wind and pull off a Phantom Dash, a skill that helps break through wind barriers. But getting to the Wind Core isn’t exactly simple. For those interested, this guide explains where the Wind Core is located and how to reach it easily in Blue Protocol Star Resonance.

How to Reach the Wind Core in Blue Protocol Star Resonance

In Blue Protocol Star Resonance, the Wind Core is located at the peak of Towering Ruins, in the Asteria Plains region. You’ll reach this area during the Journey of the Shining One main story quest, and it’s also one of the first locations unlocked from Asterleeds.

Once there, take your mount to the Andra Resting Post, or teleport directly via the Asteria Plains map. Near the teleporter, interact with the wind tunnel (a glowing orb on the ground) by pressing the F key to release gusts of wind. Then, float through the gales by jumping and holding the Q key.

While in mid-air, you must enter the giant wind circle (moving elsewhere will throw you off course). Doing so will trigger an animation that carries you automatically toward the Wind Core, passing through the rock gateway.

Make sure to stay balanced in the wind circles by controlling your avatar’s movements with the triggers, or your character could fall and hit the ground hard.

How to Get Float in Blue Protocol Star Resonance

Since you’ll need the Float skill to find the Wind Core, it’s important to obtain it first. To get Float in Blue Protocol Star Resonance, complete the Sea Breeze, Fireworks, and You main story quest, then engage with the Hero’s Herb at the Ancient City of Vill in Asteria Plains.

This level 17 story quest requires you to meet Airona at the Fireworks Festival in Asterleeds and wrap up the side quest Starry Night, Fireworks Parade. Once done, go to Terra Resonance skills from the side menu, select Float, and track it. Follow the location marker to the Hero’s Herb (a giant glowing flower shaped like butterfly wings), then press F to resonate with it and unlock Float.
