GobbleGums make their return to Black Ops 7 Zombies, and there's even Carry Forward for them, meaning that the GobbleGums you had in Black Ops 6 will be transferred over into Black Ops 7. These chewable divinities provide otherworldly benefits that can make each round-based Zombies match easier by providing you with incredible bonuses. However, it might not be so simple to obtain these single-use items. Below, we've outlined all the ways you can get GobbleGums in Black Ops 7, along with what each GobbleGum does so that you know which ones to look out for, chew, and convert.
How to Get GobbleGums in Black Ops 7 Zombies
GobbleGums are obtained through three methods in Black Ops 7. Below, we've quickly outlined how you can easily get GobbleGums that range from Rare, Epic, Legendary, Ultra, and even Whimsical:
Progress Through Rounds & Exfil in Zombies
You can get GobbleGums in Black Ops 7 by completing Rounds. It's completely random what Round will reward a GobbleGum, and even more random as to what that GobbleGum can be, so you might get a Rare, or you might get lucky and get an Ultra. This is the most effective way to get GobbleGums, so simply jump into a match of round-based zombies through Ashes of the Damned or the Farm Survival Map and get to grinding. Combine your desire to farm GobbleGums with the camo grind to make things quicker for both. You can also Exfil every 5th round after Round 11, and a successful Exfil will reward you with a random Whimsical GobbleGum.
All GobbleGums Acquired Through Leveling Up
Outside of playing round-based zombies, you can get GobbleGums by hitting certain milestones as you Level up. There aren't any GobbleGum Packs in the Prestige ranks, but you can get a set amount of GobbleGums through leveling, and here's what they are:

Purchase GobbleGums From the Store With COD Points
The last way to get GobbleGums might be controversial, but you can actually get them from the in-game Store. Inside the Store, you can find GobbleGum Packs, and other Bundles that come with GobbleGums. These Packs can only be purchased with COD Points, and that's the in-game currency that requires you to spend real money.
How to Use GobbleGums (& What Does Converting GobbleGums Do) in BO7
You can enter your Loadout in the Zombies main menu by heading to the Weapons tab, and from here you will see a GobbleGum Pack. This is fully customizable, and means that any of the 5 GobbleGums featured are the 5 GobbleGums you can get in-game. However, the first 3 GobbleGums of the Pack are what you start with, so you should reserve these slots for GobbleGums you intend to use straight away.
When you have an empty GobbleGum slot (noted on the right of your HUD), you can approach the GobbleGum Machine. These are found in each location of the Zombies map you are playing on, and can be noted by the GobbleGum symbol that appears on the minimap. You will need to approach the GobbleGum Machine and interact with it to see a random GobbleGum from your pack of 5 appear, which you can take or leave behind. Even if you take a GobbleGum, it will not count as being used until you actually eat it, so feel free to exfil or die with the GobbleGums still in your inventory.
To use GobbleGums, you will need to press Right on the D-Pad for controller users, and then use the D-Pad to select which GobbleGum you want to use with X/A. For keyboard and mouse players, you simply have to click the keybind of the GobbleGum you wish, which by default, is 4, 5, and 6, but you can open your GobbleGum back with Y. You can also Convert your GobbleGums by holding Triangle/Y. Converting GobbleGums absorbs the GobbleGum in exchange for Essence. Here are the values you can expect:
- Whimsical GobbleGum: 100 Essence
- Rare GobbleGum: 500 Essence
- Epic GobbleGum: 1,250 Essence
