Borderlands 3 generally features pretty straightforward missions. Their objects are highlighted on the map, and in-game markers will even guide you from one room to another to remove any confusion. Some missions, though, contain little puzzles that can often leave you stumped. Tannis' hidden lab, for example, has a certain objective that requires you to solve a button puzzle in Borderlands 3.
Since her lab is part of the main story missions, Angels and Speed Demons, you will want to know how to load the reactor by finding the right buttons. This is a rather easy puzzle, and not as difficult as The Desolation Cube, which requires you to have every elemental weapon. Here's what you must do.

How to Solve Tannis' Lab Puzzle in Borderlands 3
Tannis' hidden lab is located deep under Konrad's Hold on Pandora. Once you make your way inside using the minecart and have beaten all the Varkids, you can begin the Tannis puzzle by disengaging the four couplings in BL3. This is an easy objective since all you have to do is shoot at the four (red) couplings in the center of the lab. Tannis will then ask you to load the reactor, which is where the trouble starts.
There are two consoles on either side of the reactor. You are likely going to sprint to the larger console with the four interactive lights in Borderlands 3. However, it is impossible to change all the four lights from red to green. You can get three lights to turn green at most before they all revert to red. This console is actually just a distraction or a clever little trap to keep you busy.
To solve the Tannis lab puzzle in BL3, you have to make your way to the smaller console at the opposite end of the ramp. Flip the lever with the two yellow arrows to complete the puzzle and leave Tannis impressed. Wait for the reactor to move to the garage and then drive Vaughn's fancy technical vehicle back to Roland's Rest to complete the Angels and Speed Demons mission in Borderlands 3.
