Claptrap doesn't just return as a funny (and annoying) character in Borderlands 4, as this time, his self-proposed importance hits an all-time high. Claptrap has 5 quests to complete in Borderlands 4, and each of them can be found in unique locations. Whether players want to actively avoid these areas so that they never have to see Claptrap again, or for those who want the XP and the achievement for completing them all, each Claptrap quest in Borderlands 4 can be found below with no spoilers involved.
Claptrap Mission #1 Location (No Place Like Home)
The first Claptrap Mission can be found in the Hungering Plain area of The Fadefields (as seen above). Simply speak to Claptrap to start the mission, No Place Like Home, which will see the Vault Hunters enter into a fetch quest where they locate some missing items for Claptrap to help him find Pandora comforts on a strange new world.
Claptrap Mission #2 Location (Sum of His Parts)
This Claptrap mission is located at Idolator's Noose in The Fadefields, just to the left of Fortress Indomita at the Racketrun POI. In this location, players will find Claptrap's eye within some garbage. Like before, it's another fetch quest where players have to wander around and rebuild Claptrap with the promise of epic loot. But, this is Claptrap, the notorious liar, so epic it is not...
Claptrap Mission #3 Location (Potty Mouth)
This Claptrap mission will take players to Lopside in Carcadia Burn, where, at the Embracer's Bluff POI, they will find a toilet with an AI built into it. This AI is none other than the murderous GenIVIV from Borderlands 3, who has returned with a flushing vengeance. By talking to GenIVIV, players can use the Clap Signal to summon Claptrap, which will begin the longest and most murderous quest in Claptrap's chain.
Claptrap Mission #4 Location (Father of the Glide)
In order to find this Claptrap mission, players must head to the Stoneblood Forest of Terminus Range, where, to the west of Snowy Wells, they will find the Claptrap Aeronautics Academy POI, with Claptrap waiting here on a hovercraft. This mission is relatively simple, and Claptrap just wants players to enjoy an obstacle course with their grapple hook and jetpack, with no need to murder anything.
Claptrap Mission #5 Location (Peak Performance)
Claptrap's final mission can be found in the Cuspid Climb of Terminus Range, where, west of Heritage Opus, is a POI called The Shredded Summit. Claptrap awaits at this location in his hovercraft, and like the previous mission, it's a simple obstacle course that requires a bit of movement, and not a single weapon.
