Borderlands 4 takes the series into an open world for the first time, and there are several different types of collectibles to discover across Kairos. Propaganda Speakers can be found all throughout Borderlands 4, and finding all of them is required for 100% completion.

Propaganda Speakers are a bit harder to collect than ECHO Logs and other collectibles since they're fully-fledged combat encounters. Plus, there aren't that many to begin with, so you won't accidentally stumble across them as often as ECHO Logs. Here's where you can find every Propaganda Speaker in Borderlands 4.

How to Complete Propaganda Speakers in Borderlands 4

There are 27 total Propaganda Speakers in Borderlands 4. They're marked on the map with blue megaphone icons.

To complete a Propaganda Speaker activity, approach the speaker tower and interact with it to summon ECHO-4. He'll start to hack the Propaganda Speaker, and it's your job to defend him from an onslaught of enemies until the hack is completed. You can track the hack's progress by checking the number displayed in front of ECHO-4.
