Once players beat the Borderlands 4 main story, they will be in the endgame, the section of Borderlands 4 where loot and power become front and center. Within Borderlands 4's endgame, players can make things even more challenging by upping the ante, increasing the health and damage of their enemies in exchange for more common loot drops that provide intensely powerful legendary gear. How to Find and Kill Bio Armored Omega Thresher in UVH 1 (Omega 86'd)
Once players reach the Dominion area of the map (later in the main story) they will be able to speak with Beth in the Fades District, where they can then complete One Slimy Issue to get the One Gassy Issue side mission. At the end of this side mission, players can find the Bio Armored Omega Thresher, who has a boss spawn area in the west of the Fades District, Dominion. This Bio-Thresher Omega requires locust in order to damage its shell, which is first armored, then flesh, so bring Cryo/Corrosive, and Fire weapons.
How to Find and Kill Bramblesong in UVH 1 (Song's Over)
Players will need to head to the Stoneblood Forest in Terminus Range, where, in the north region, they will find the Bittervein Abandoned Auger Mine. Deep within the mine, players can find the Bramblesong boss fight. This is a giant kratch with red health, so anything long-range and with fire damage is ideal for this battle.
How to Find and Kill Bio-Bulkhead in UVH 1 (Bio Break)
Players will fight Bio-Bulkhead within the One Fell Swoop main mission, but if players have already completed that mission, then they can find him by accessing the elevator within Synthetic Nave, a location found in the Dissected Plateau of the Fadefields. This boss fight is heavily armored, and players will need to throw Locust in order to damage him. Cryo and Corrosive weapons will be super effective against this armored enemy.
How to Find and Kill Sydney Pointylegs in UVH 1 (No Points Awarded)
Sydney Pointylegs is a boss fight that players can find at The Prospects Ripper Drill Site, which is located within the Hungering Plain of The Fadefields. Sydney Pointylegs will spawn once players survive the onslaught at this Drill Site, and it's effectively a giant pair of spider legs with a bandit mask. This enemy uses shields, flesh, and armor, so bring an assortment of weapons to kill it.
How to Complete Lilith's "Rush the Gate" Wildcard Mission in UVH 1
After killing the 4 bosses required (as seen above), players can return to Lilith located inside Moxxi's Bottoms Up, within Carcadia Burn. From here, Lilith will provide players with a new mission, which is a Wildcard version of Rush the Gate. The mission concludes with a boss fight against Sol, and players will have a few enemy enhancements to worry about: Healthy, Vampiric, and Regenerative. After completion, players will automatically be placed into Ultimate Vault Hunter 2.

How to Find and Kill Shadowpelt in UVH 2 (Pelted)
Shadowpelt is located in the Whistler's Maw Auger Mine, found within Cusper's Climb, an area within Terminus Range. Shadowpelt is not an easy fight, as he will regenerate a shield and become invisible, meaning players should bring a powerful shock weapon to make him reappear. Close-range engagements will do wonders against this fleeing boss.
How to Find and Kill Core Observer in UVH 2 (Now Who's Gonna Watch This Core)
Head to the Blacklime Bunker found in the Howl area of the Fadefields to locate the Core Observer, a mechanical Order drone that will have a shield bar, an armor bar, and then another shield bar. This flying menace is easily killed with shock weapons and corrosive/cryo weapons.
How to Find and Kill Rocken Roller in UVH 2 (So I Felt Like)
Rocken Roller is found in the Trinket Crevass, an Auger Mine in the Ruined Sumplands area of Carcadia Burn. This rolling menace has Vile crystals to protect its hide, which must be destroyed before players can deal damage to its red health bar, so try to use Ordnance weapons like Rocket Launchers to breach its defenses.
How to Find and Kill Frank the Furnace in UVH 2 (Blasted Furnace)
Players can find Frank the Furnace at The Pitted Stain, a Ripper Drill Site located in the south region of Idolator's Noose in The Fadefields. Frank the Furnace appears after players survive the Ripper onslaught, but he's also joined by Sal the Engineer and Hank the Welder, so be sure to kill all 3 with corrosive/cryo weapons and incendiary weapons.
How to Complete Lilith's "His Vile Sanctum" Wildcard Mission in UVH 2
After killing all 4 bosses in UVH 2, players can return to Moxxi's Bottoms Up to start the Wildcard mission, His Vile Sanctum. This mission involves killing Vile Lictor, with the following modifiers: One Crit Wonder, Fortified, and Contagious. These modifiers aren't too bad, but One Crit Wonder means that enemies can only be killed with a critical hit. After completing this mission, Ultimate Vault Hunter Rank 3 will unlock and be automatically equipped.

Battle Wagon is a boss who can be found at The Lowering March Drill Site in the Stoneblood Forest of Terminus Range. Battle Wagon emerges after killing all the Rippers in the area, and this giant beast will be weak to incendiary damage, but watch out for the mounted rockets.
How to Find and Kill Mimicron in UVH 3 (But What If... You Were the Fake?)
Mimicron can be found in Tipping Point, an Order Bunker located in Odolator's Noose of the Fadefields. Mimicron is a melee-focused Order bot that will summon mimics while it enters invisibility. Shock weapons for his shield and Corrosive weapons for his armor are great to turn this boss into scrap.
How to Find and Kill Boneface in UVH 3 (Who Named This Guy)
Cuspid Climb houses The Old Scrape, a Ripper Drill Site in Terminus Range, where players can kill Rippers to summon Boneface and his Saddleback lackey. Boneface is a tough opponent with his IMMORTAL wildcard present, so lay into him with shock weapons and incendiary rounds to burn him alongside Saddleback.
How to Find and Kill Skull Orchid in UVH 3 (Bloom Boom)
Venture deep into the Embossed Fault Auger Mine of Grindstone of the Worthy in Carcdia Burn, to find Skull Orchid. This disgusting creature can be killed with incendiary weapons, and the tendrils of its mouth will be its weak spot.
How to Complete Lilith's "Her Flaming Vision" Wildcard Mission in UVH 3
Moxxi's Bottoms Up will hold the next Wildcard mission once players have defeated the 4 bosses mentioned above. Ultimate Vault Hunter Rank 5 is the final UVH Rank that players can earn in Borderlands 4, and it will require players to have already completed the Primordial Vaults found in the Fadefields, Terminus Range, and Carcadia Burn areas. Vaults require players to unlock Silos, where they can then locate 3 Vault Key Fragments, and then locate the Vault door. After completing the vaults, return to Lilith at Moxxi's Bottoms Up while on Ultimate Vault Hunter 4 to find this set of Wildcard missions.
How to Complete Lilith's "Primordial Vault: Fadefields" Wildcard Mission in UVH 4
The first Wildcard mission takes players to the Primordial Vault of the Fadefields, where they have to fight 3 waves of enemies with the following modifiers: Invisible, Contagious, and Cold Hearted. Invisible is by far the most frustrating, as enemies can only be seen by a white orb that follows them. The boss fight itself is fairly simple, as the Primordial Guardian Inceptus has a blue health shield and a red health bar to deal with.
How to Complete Lilith's "Primordial Vault: Terminus Range" Wildcard Mission in UVH 4
The second Wildcard mission has 3 modifiers: Tricky, Centripetal, and Immovable. It follows the same formula, where players kill 3 waves of enemies to reach the boss fight. Here, players will face the flying Primordial Guardian Origo, whose weakness changes depending on the element, but Origo can be hurt badly with shock weapons when aimed at its sharp spine.
How to Complete Lilith's "Primordial Vault: Carcadia Burn" Wildcard Mission in UVH 4
The final Primordial Vault that players need to take on is the one found in Carcadia Burn, with the following modifiers active: Leaking, Ticking, Quickened. After clearing the 3 waves of enemies, players have perhaps the hardest of the Vault Guardians to fight, as Primordial Guardian Radix will use shock-induced rocks to slam into Vault Hunters and protect itself, so use appropriate weaponry to deal with its attacks, shields, and armor plating.
How to Complete Lilith's "The Timekeeper's Order" Wildcard Mission in UVH 4
The final requirement for Ultimate Vault Hunter 5 takes players back to the final mission to defeat the Timekeeper in The Timekeeper's Order. This mission only has 2 modifiers for its normal enemies: Experienced and Strong. Even the boss fight itself isn't overly hard with a mixture of blue, yellow, and red health bars, but the Timekeeper does have 2 phases. Once the Timekeeper is dead, the mission concludes, and players will be at the max UHV rank.
