An essential part of Borderlands 4 is reaching the level cap and experimenting with the plethora of different skill trees for your chosen Vault Hunter. However, with that experimentation comes mistakes and desires to try something new. As such, it makes perfect sense for something like a respec station to exist, where players can spend some cash and get all of their skill points back so that they can continue to craft the ultimate Vault Hunter. Below, players will find out exactly how they can respec, and what the cost will be.
How to Respec in Borderlands 4
Players can respec at any time in Borderlands 4 by heading to the Faction Towns and Safehouses found in the following areas:
- The Launchpad (The Howl, The Fadefields)
- Belton's Bore (The Low Leys, Terminus Range)
- Carcadia (Ruined Sumplands, Carcadia Burn)
- The Lockaway (Carcadia District, Dominion)
- The Food Court (Terminus District, Dominion)
- Sumpview Falls (Fades District, Dominion)
In these locations, players can find a pod that will open up when approached, and it will allow them to respec skills for cash. The price will go up depending on how many skills players have invested in, so this can range from as low as a few thousand dollars, all the way to $1.5 million. This same station is where players can respec their Specializations for 5,000 Eridium. Once players purchase the respec machine's services, they will be locked into their skill trees until they confirm the re-investment of their skill points.
