Maurice is a Saurian who doesn't appear in the flesh, but does appear in terms of black market goodies. Maurice has a vending machine in Borderlands 4 that will sell players unique Legendary items once they reach the endgame, but locating Maurice's Black Market vending machine and discovering what's on offer isn't exactly going to be a smooth ride for players, and below, players can find out why.

How to Find Maurice's Vending Machine in Borderlands 4

Maurice's Black Market Weekly Location in Borderlands 4

Maurice's Black Market vending machine only appears once players have beaten the main story of Borderlands 4, and it has a rather unique gimmick. The Maurice vending machine will change locations every week on Wednesday at 7 PM ET, and it will appear in a completely random location across the entire map. However, it's worth noting that this location will be the same for each player, so be sure to check online across social media platforms to collaborate with other Vault Hunters to find just where exactly Maurice is hiding his black market goodies. For Week 1, players can find Maurice's Black Market at the Plungeford in the Coastal Bonescape, Fadefields.

How Does Maurice's Black Market Work in Borderlands 4?

maurice inventory

Every week, Maurice's Black Market vending machine will spawn in a unique location, entirely at random. This location will be the same for every player, but the loot featured is different. Every player will have 2 legendary items in the vending machine that they can purchase, with a cooldown of around 30 minutes between purchases and inventory checks. However, the legendary items within said vending machine are entirely random and will remain the same two weapons (with additional variations with subtle stat changes) for the entire week. Players can team with other Vault Hunters and trade the weapons that they have in their vending machines, as no two players will have the same items in the Maurice Black Market. Just remember, the loot refreshes at 7 PM every Wednesday.
