After players meet the Outbounders in Borderlands 4, they will be tasked with taking their new vehicle for a spin to locate Idolator Sol's Spymaster, except there's an optional objective that opens up once players reach Horace's Oversight. Players are tasked with recovering Order contraband in Down and Outbound, and the 4 locations can be rather hard to spot. As such, we've listed each of these locations below so that you can complete the side objective and earn some extra XP!
All Order Contraband Locations in Down and Outbound
Order Contraband Location #1
As you enter Horace's Oversight, look to the southeast side to find an open door. In this room, just to the right, is the first Order Contraband that players can collect.
Order Contraband Location #2
Traveling further through Horace's Oversight, players can find yet another open door on the northeast. Through these doors is the Order Contraband on the left.
Order Contraband Location #3
As you reach the grassy courtyard of Horace's Oversight, you will want to keep to the left side to find stairs on the east which lead to an open door. Follow through this door and venture upstairs across the hallway to find the 3rd Order Contraband.
Order Contraband Location #4
The fourth and final Order Contraband is located inside Horace's Oversight at the central tower. Simply follow the objective to reach the Spymaster, and when you see the vending machines, look to the left to find this Order Contraband sitting on a box to the south side of the top of the tower.
After gathering all Order Contraband, players will receive additional XP and Cash at the end of the mission.
