Ghostbusters fans can get the weapon of their dreams in Borderlands 4 by finding Ohm I Got, a Legendary Submachine Gun that promises a shockingly good time. This weapon is directly inspired by Ghostbusters, with not only the red text reading "Back off, man. I'm a scientist.", but from the way the weapon fires itself. The Ohm I Got SMG fires a crackling blast of energy, much like the very Proton Packs that the Ghostbusters wear. So, if players want to get this powerful and pop-culture SMG in Borderlands 4, here's where they can farm it.

How to Get Ohm I Got in Borderlands 4

ohm i got location

In order to get Ohm I Got, players must farm Bramblesong, the final boss of the Bittervein Auger Mine in the north region of Stoneblood Forest, Terminus Range. Players can repeatedly fight this boss with Moxxi's Big Encore, and one of the pieces of Legendary gear that Bramblesong can drop is Ohm I Got, which is quite literally a Ghostbusters weapon. Auger Mines will only be accessible once players complete the main mission: Shadow of the Mountain, which is available after A Lot to Process. Below, players can find a walkthrough of the Bittervein Auger Mine so that they will easily be able to find it, navigate through it, and beat Bramblesong to effectively farm him for this desirable weapon. Bramblesong isn't too hard of a boss to farm, as this flying enemy has 2 Flesh health bars, so Incendiary damage will easily clip its wings.

Bramblesong can fly, so sometimes his loot drops will plunge off the cliff, so make sure your Lost Loot station is empty so it doesn't despawn.

Energy Transfer - When Energy Shield is active, grants +50% Damage by consuming the Shield's energy instead of Ammo. When Overshield is also active, Energy Shield will not deplete.

Ohm I Got fires out a crackling beam of energy that will auto-lock to the nearest target, and it's super effective against Shields thanks to its Shock element. However, the real kicker of this weapon is its Energy Transfer buff, in which players with active Energy Shields will have their shield consumed instead of ammunition, while also being rewarded with 50% extra damage. This is a great weapon for shielded enemies, but if players focus on close-range gunplay or have a heavy emphasis on an active Shield as part of their build, it might not be for them.
