As of November 11, 2025, Borderlands 4 players have one new SHiFT code to redeem that expires on November 18. While Gearbox has typically given Borderlands 4 players multiple SHiFT codes that each grant a Golden Key, this particular code can be redeemed either on the SHiFT website or the in-game menu for three Golden Keys.
With Borderlands 4 now being two months old, Golden Keys remain a way for players who may not be playing the game as much as they were to continue getting loot without much effort. By using a Golden Key on a Golden Chest in one of Borderlands 4's hub zones throughout Kairos, players have a strong chance of getting multiple Legendary items without defeating a boss, completing a quest, or getting a lucky drop otherwise.

Gearbox CEO Randy Pitchford posted the following new Borderlands 4 SHiFT code on his own X page: 3ZRBB-WCWZJ-5RJ3W-JJB33-JWBHS. Players can easily redeem this with a linked account on the SHiFT website, or in-game via the SHiFT menu. Whereas most SHiFT codes have only offered only one Golden Key each and have expired within a few days of being announced, players have a full week to redeem this new code, giving them more than enough time to do so.
Of course, this new Borderlands 4 SHiFT code is only the latest in a long line, as the game still has quite a few others that players can redeem for other unique items that are mostly cosmetic in nature. While almost every Golden Key SHiFT code expires not long after it is announced, others have no expiration date and can be used at any time.

Apart from new SHiFT codes, Borderlands 4 players have likely been awaiting the release of the game's first Bounty Pack, How Rush Saved Mercenary Day. Scheduled to launch on November 20, 2025, this festive DLC introduces a holiday-themed storyline where Rush tries to restore Mercenary Day cheer while facing off against the Timekeeper's Minister of Culture, Screw. The pack adds a new main mission, boss fight, and several fresh legendary items, along with a Vault Card progression system that lets players unlock new heads, skins, weapons, and vehicle cosmetics through daily and weekly challenges. It marks the beginning of Borderlands 4's post-launch content roadmap, with more seasonal Bounty Packs expected to follow in the coming months.
