Himawari Uzumaki has been the center of attention in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex lately and fans have seen her grow tremendously in terms of importance, as well as power. Himawari was recently given an incredible power-up, in the form of a Tailed Beast, turning her into a human-Tailed Beast officially. Undoubtedly, this is a massive development for Himawari, and it means that she will have a profound role to play in the Boruto series. This also means that Himawari is going to go on and surpass many characters in the story as she gets older.
Hinata Hyuga
Himawari's very own mother, Hinata Yuga is a skilled ninja. However, she never reached high heights and was never truly in contention for being among the strongest. Himawari is already stronger than any version of Hinata ever.
She has already surpassed her strength, and in the future, she is only going to make this difference in power between them even bigger.
Tsunade Senju
The Sixth Hokage, Tsunade was certainly one of the strongest female characters in the Naruto franchise. She still holds this position, however, with Himawari now reaching new levels of power, it is highly likely that Tsunade will be surpassed by her, or is already surpassed by her.
It must be remembered that Himawari was able to fight with Jura and actually land powerful blows on him. She might not be on the same level as the likes of Jura or the Otsutsuki yet, but she will eventually get there.
Sakura Haruno
Sakura Haruno is one of the strongest individuals that fans have seen in the Naruto franchise. Among the medical ninjas, Sakura certainly has the very best legacy and she entered her name in the hall of fame during the Fourth Great Ninja War. Sakura is a phenomenal medical ninja, and she can fight at a very high level in combat.
That said, Sakura is not going to be stronger than Himawari come the end of Boruto. Right now, Himawari can fight against the likes of Jura. When she gains better control over her powers and gets a bit older, she will certainly have surpassed Sakura.
Kakashi Hatake
Kakashi Hatake, the Sixth Hokage, is a very powerful individual right now in Boruto. While he might not have his famed Sharingan, he is still strong and worthy of fighting against multiple strong enemies. Kakashi is worthy of the title of Kage, no matter which way fans look at it.
Yet, he will certainly be surpassed by Himawari in terms of strength, now that she has the power of Kurama. Himawari is a force to be reckoned with, and Kurama gives her so much power that she can essentially reach the same level as the likes of Sasuke, if not go beyond him.
Hashirama Senju
The First Hokage, Hashirama Senju is a character that not many individuals can surpass. In fact, Naruto and Sasuke are just a handful of the few individuals stronger than Hashirama in the entire series.
Now, Boruto is already beyond his level, and with the power that Himawari holds, she can get stronger than him as well. Fans only need to give her a bit of time to grow further into her power, and for Kurama to grow bigger as well. As that happens, Himawari will certainly have surpassed him.
Minato Namikaze
Minato was the Fourth Hokage and certainly a heroic ninja that fans have seen quite a lot of in the story. Minato possessed tremendous strength. In fact, other than his natural ability for ninjutsu and other arts, Minato also had half of Kurama sealed inside him, which he utilized after being reanimated in the Fourth Great Ninja War.
However, despite that, Himawari will certainly be stronger than him in the future. This is simply down to the fact that Himawari is the entire Tailed Beast itself, and the affinity that she has with Kurama's chakra is immensely higher than what Minato had.
Sasuke Uchiha
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest ninjas in the history of Konoha, and in his prime, few could match him. However, right now, Sasuke is a shadow of his former self. He has lost his Rinnegan, and he cannot access his Six Paths Powers either.
This essentially means that the version of Sasuke that exists right now can be surpassed by the likes of Himawari without much trouble. All she has to do is continue to grow and she will have surpassed him in terms of power and skill.
Naruto Uzumaki
Naruto Uzumaki was once the strongest ninja of all time. In fact, his peak, where he accessed Baryon Mode and essentially toyed with even Isshiki remains unsurpassed in the entire franchise.
However, just like Sasuke, Naruto is a shell of his former self. He is not as strong as he was, and this gives Himawari the opportunity to surpass him without much trouble.
