This power was incredibly essential for him to fight against the likes of the Otsutsuki and hold his own against them. Without it, Naruto was a shell of his former self, and that is precisely why Kawaki ended up sealing him.

In Boruto, however, Naruto needs to return to prominence and the only way that can be is if he gains the power of another powerful beast. Most fans believed that Naruto and Kurama would reunite in the Boruto series. Unfortunately, that cannot happen because Kurama has already been passed over to Himawari. But, this also throws a lot of interesting attention over at Jura.
Jura Is Deeply Interested In Naruto Uzumaki
As most fans of the Naruto series know already, Jura is the incarnation of the Ten Tails itself. In other words, Jura is Ten-Tails given human form. Jura is incredibly powerful and fans know very well that he cannot be stopped in battle by average individuals at all. In fact, even monstrous characters, such as Boruto Uzumaki and Kawaki, cannot stop him in battle at all.
Amado even confirmed that the chances of him dying in battle are close to zero. In other words, Jura is practically invincible, but there is one thing that drives him and can potentially go on to stop him, and that is his intrigue with Naruto Uzumaki. Jura is well aware of the fact that Naruto is alive and sealed. He wants to meet Naruto and understand the true meaning of love through him. This is where the whole idea of Naruto gaining the powers of Jura stems from, and it makes quite a lot of sense.
Jura Is A Juvenile Ten-Tails And Can't Be Killed
The first thing that fans need to keep in mind is that Jura is a juvenile Tailed Beast given human form that absolutely cannot be killed. This makes sense because Tailed Beasts generally cannot die. The nine Tailed Beasts that exist in the Naruto world can never die. If they are killed, they reincarnate and respawn in some random places under random circumstances.
The Ten-Tails in the Naruto world could also not be killed. There is a reason why Hagoromo ended up becoming the Jinchuriki of the Ten Tails instead of killing it. Even in the Fourth Great Ninja War, the Ten Tails could not be killed. Kaguya Otsutsuki was eventually sealed away.

Boruto: Kishimoto Already Revealed Jura's Next Power Up and Fans Might Not Be Ready For It
Jura is the strongest Shinju, but his next power-up will make him nearly invincible in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex.
Quite clearly, Jura also cannot die in Boruto since he is the incarnation of the Ten Tails. The only thing that can be done to put him down for good is to seal him, and the perfect way to do that would be to reintroduce Naruto in the story and have him do it.
Naruto Could Accept Jura After His Return
The sealing of Jura needs to be unique in the sense that he cannot be trapped inside Naruto against his will. Naruto is not someone who would go to those lengths, and fans know him well enough to understand the fact that he would try to talk to Jura and speak sense to him, earning Jura's respect.
An intrigue for Naruto Uzumaki could also lead to Jura merging his own strength with that of Naruto, and in that case, his whole plotline would come to a proper conclusion. Naruto Uzumaki would also gain a new power after the loss of Kurama.
In all the outcomes concerning the Jura plotline, this one would see two birds shot in one stone, and fans would absolutely love to see their favorite Uzumaki come back with immense power.
