Summary
- Sasuke has trained and is preparing to show his resolve in Boruto.
- Despite losing his Rinnegan, Sasuke is now confirmed to be stronger than before.
- Kishimoto is hinting at Sasuke's new powers, making him a potential contender for the strongest shinobi.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has given quite a lot of attention to the next generation of ninjas. However, when it comes to the core characters of the franchise, such as Naruto and Sasuke, fans know that they haven't been involved as much as they'd have liked. Of course, Naruto and Sasuke aren't the main characters in Boruto, but their role as support characters is incredibly important, especially since this is the very same verse that Naruto was set in, and no matter what Boruto does, the success and the popularity of the old generation will always trump his.
Boruto: Kishimoto Just Introduced A Character Even Stronger Than Boruto Uzumaki
Boruto Uzumaki is strong, but he is still no match for this character.
Naturally, fans want to see more of their favorite old characters, which also includes Sasuke Uchiha. As it happens, Sasuke Uchiha seems to be the next in line to get a major power-up after his return, and fans absolutely cannot wait to see that.
Sasuke Vowed To Show His Resolve In Boruto
- Sasuke Knew Things Will Get Harder
- He Has Trained After Losing The Rinnegan
Sasuke Uchiha is one of the strongest shinobi in the world, but at the same time, he's also very smart, and above all, he understands the severity of things better than some others, such as Naruto. When Sasuke lost his Rinnegan, he didn't waste any time in trying to accept the fact that he lost his biggest power. Instead, he immediately decided to steel his resolve. Sasuke even said that while Naruto showed his resolve Vs Isshiki, it is now time for him to show his own. Unfortunately, fans have seen little of Sasuke since, but Kishimoto certainly hasn't forgotten about him.
It might be time for me to show my resolve soon! — Sasuke Uchiha
Even though Sasuke is a tree right now, with the fall of the Shinju happening quite fast, he will eventually return. Sasuke's return looks like it'll happen sooner than Naruto's, and when that happens, he'll most definitely get to fight again and show his new powers.
Sasuke Is Already Stronger Than Before
Sasuke Trained During The Timeskip
Sasuke Uchiha might have lost his Rinnegan, but fans know very well that he's stronger than before. This was directly confirmed in the latest Boruto data book, where it was stated that along with Boruto Uzumaki, Sasuke Uchiha also trained during the timeskip. The two are now stronger than before.
Boruto: Kishimoto Has Confirmed Boruto's Next Power-Up, And It Could Make Him Stronger Than Naruto
Boruto is strong, but not stronger than Naruto yet. This next power-up could change that, however.
A glimpse of this was given to the fans when Sasuke took on Code, who was stronger than Jigen. Despite Code having Claw Grimes, Sasuke actually pushed him back and even took his eye, which is shocking. This is proof of the fact that Sasuke has gotten much stronger.
Sasuke's New Power Will Make Him Competent Once Again
When Sasuke returns in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex, Kishimoto needs to reveal his new powers to the fans. At the same time, with Boruto and the next generation already having grown stronger, the author won't have any reason to nerf Sasuke anymore. This means Sasuke will get to showcase his new powers, which could be a potential Rinnegan that he could get from Eida, or another ocular power. Regardless of what it is, Sasuke isn't about to be left behind by his daughter and student, and he should still be strong enough to compete with them. His next power-up will see him reach very high levels, possibly making him the strongest.
Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 24 is set for its official release on July 20, 2025. The release time of the chapter is 10 AM EST/ 3 PM UTC. As always, fans can read the chapter officially for free on the Manga Plus and the Shonen Jump apps.
