Still, Boruto could not beat the likes of Jura. Now, however, he has awakened the power of Momoshiki Otsutsuki. By making a deadly deal with Momoshiki, Boruto has brought forth his true power. Essentially, Boruto Uzumaki has offered his body to Momoshiki to control in exchange for getting rid of Jura by utilizing his powers.
While initially, fans did not know if Momoshiki accepted this proposal, in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex Chapter 29, it was made clear that a deal was struck between the two. Following this event, Boruto now uses Momoshiki's power freely.

With Boruto being able to use the power of Momoshiki Otsutsuki freely, he is now the strongest ninja alive, and he has surpassed even the likes of Naruto Uzumaki. At full power, Naruto was no match for Momoshiki, and he needed help from Sasuke. The fact is that Boruto possesses this power at his disposal, and he also has his own abilities that he learned during the timeskip. All these things taken into consideration make it quite clear that Boruto is now operating at a level even higher than Naruto, making him the strongest ninja seen in quite a while.
Boruto Gains Access To Momoshiki's Full Power
Boruto gaining access to Momoshiki's full power has given him the ability to absorb any form of chakra. It has also given him access to the Byakugan, as seen in chapter 29 of the manga. With his Byakugan, coupled with his Karma abilities, Boruto is now a monster.
It must also be remembered that Boruto is currently only utilizing the first stage of his Karma. In the second stage, which is when Boruto will grow his horn back, he is going to reach a new level of power that cannot be matched even by the likes of Mamushi. It is only a matter of time before fans find out Boruto's true power.
Boruto Uzumaki Can Get Even Stronger In The Future
While Boruto is already the strongest ninja, it is a fact that he will continue to grow stronger and reach even higher heights as a ninja. Boruto Uzumaki's Karma is still developing, as things stand. Fans know that he will go on to awaken the second stage eventually.
On top of that, fans also know very well that Boruto Uzumaki will then go on to get even further powers from his own training. All things taken into consideration, Boruto could surpass Naruto's Baryon Mode as well, given that he might have to face enemies even stronger than Isshiki in the future.
