If Sarada repeatedly uses Mangekyo Sharingan: Ohirume, her eyesight will eventually deteriorate until it leaves her completely blind. However, fans believe that Sarada could still bypass this detrimental side effect by activating the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan, but that would be difficult to accomplish for now. There might even be better options in the future that would allow Sarada to use Ohirume without the risk of going blind.
