When looking at next-generation ninjas, there are only a handful that fans know hold the potential to reach the levels of Naruto and Sasuke. The three that especially stand out are Boruto, Kawaki, and Sarada. Out of these three, however, Kawaki cannot truly be considered a ninja.

On top of this, he has the Karma of Momoshiki Otsutsuki, and it quite clearly means that he is almost unstoppable.

It goes without saying that both Naruto and Sasuke set a very high standard, but Boruto is one who can most certainly go on to reach their level in the future.

Boruto Is Konoha's Strongest
Right now, it can quite clearly be said that Boruto is already the strongest ninja that Konoha has. He might already have surpassed the level of Naruto and Sasuke following their fall from grace. At their peaks, Naruto and Sasuke might still be stronger, but that won't be the case for long. Once Boruto masters the power of the Karma fully, he will be even stronger than Momoshiki, which means he will have surpassed both Six Paths Naruto and Sasuke.
The only version of Naruto that could potentially stand above him would be Baryon Mode. However, it is also possible that Boruto will go on to unlock further powers in the future that will allow him to surpass the strongest version of Naruto as well.
