Over the years, fans have seen a ton of exciting powers get revealed in the Boruto series, and while Dojutsu are few, the series has actually introduced a few powerful ones. In fact, Boruto: Two Blue Vortex has done incredibly well to introduce Dojutsu that can be considered even stronger than the Rinnegan and the Sharingan, and that certainly goes to say a lot.

Fans know the Rinnegan to be an extremely powerful eye in the Naruto series. Although introduced later into the series, the Rinnegan was clearly a monstrously powerful eye that many believed was actually capable of ruling life and death itself. The user of a Rinnegan is stated to hold godly power, known as the ability of the Six Paths. The eye offers six distinct powers, as well as a special seventh power that allows the user to rule life and death itself.

Boruto: Kishimoto Has Confirmed Boruto's Next Power-Up, And It Could Make Him Stronger Than Naruto
Boruto is strong, but not stronger than Naruto yet. This next power-up could change that, however.
The user of the Rinnegan also gets unique powers thanks to this eye. In the case of Madara Uchiha, the power was Limbo: Hengoku. In the case of Sasuke Uchiha, the ability was Amenotejikara. The Rinnegan’s power is more than just incredible, and even in Boruto, it is an absolutely terrific eye that can hold its own against most Dojutsu. That said, the Rinnegan has lost a lot of its charm in the sequel series, and that's one of the reasons why it is now weaker than it used to be.
The Kokugan And The Jougan Pose A Challenge To The Rinnegan
The Kokugan Boasts Tremendous Attack Power
Just as the Rinnegan is often shown to depict the Six Paths, the Kokugan is hinted to depict an eight-spoked wheel, which implies that its powers are on a higher tier. The Kokugan allows the user to produce chakra rods, same as the Rinnegan, but when combined with the ability to shrink objects instantaneously with Sukunahikona, it becomes deadly. It is a simple ability, but the offensive output of this Kokugan power is higher than the Rinnegan's ability. Kokugan also offers the ability to access a dimension called Daikokuten where anything can be stored or sealed. Time doesn't flow here, so fans can only imagine how broken this power is.

The Jougan is yet another eye that is tremendously overpowered in Boruto. Fans know that only Boruto holds this power, and it is said to be somewhat similar to the Byakugan, but its overall powers are largely unknown. In terms of strength, however, it should be similar to the Kokugan, if not stronger. Hopefully, fans will see more of this legendary Otsutsuki eye in Boruto.
