To put it simply, Baryon Mode utilized the Chakra of Naruto Uzumaki and Kurama as kernels and ended up creating a completely new form of energy altogether. The output was so great that even Isshiki Otsutsuki couldn't keep up with Naruto for the brief period that he was able to use this power. The key to maintaining Baryon Mode for as long as possible was to avoid making needless movements. All Naruto needs to do in this form is to land hits on his enemies, regardless of how strong or weak those hits are. With each contact, he can essentially drain the lifespan of his enemies, killing them in the process.

Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan Evolution
Fans were recently introduced to the power of Sarada's Mangekyo Sharingan. This power was awakened towards the end of Boruto: Naruto Next Generations, but only truly tapped into in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex. Sarada Uchiha’s Mangekyo Sharingan gives her the power of Black Holes. She can create multiple black holes, all of which have immense gravitational force that she can freely control. Sarada can essentially crush her enemies with this gravity, making it incredibly difficult to beat her.

Sarada Uchiha is the world's most dangerous ninja. Its all thanks to her overpowered Mangekyo Sharingan in Boruto.
This power in itself isn't stronger than Baryon Mode. However, it would be preposterous to assume that Sarada's eyes won't grow further in Boruto. Fans know that Sarada will eventually get stronger eyes, potentially awakening even the Rinnegan, just like her father. If Sarada's base abilities are this strong, one can't even imagine how strong her powers will be later down the line.
Boruto's Full Power Karma Uzuhiko
Boruto Uzumaki is another character who could surpass Naruto's Baryon Mode in Two Blue Vortex. Fans know that Boruto's strongest Jutsu, Uzuhiko, holds the potential to surpass Baryon Mode, but on its own, it's not enough. In fact, Uzuhiko is even weaker than Sarada's Ohirume. But, when Boruto Uzumaki masters the Karma fully and gains access to the Jougan, Uzuhiko will be taken to the next level. It is at this point that Boruto Uzumaki will potentially be strong enough to rival Baryon Mode Naruto, and maybe surpass him as well.
