Naruto Uzumaki has been a user of Sage Mode for a very long time now. He learned this power quite early in the story, specifically around the time when Jiraiya died. In order to avenge his fallen master and to protect his village better, Naruto Uzumaki ended up going to Mount Myoboku and learning Sage Mode. This power allows him to become one with nature and use the energy in the surroundings to create senjutsu chakra. Naruto also gets far stronger when using this power. Over the years, he's mastered this ability, and in Boruto, this power of his is on a completely different level.

Tailed Beast Chakra

Gained During The Fourth Great Ninja War

Naruto Uzumaki has lost Kurama, and that's no surprise. But, Kurama wasn't the only Tailed Beast whose power he held. Naruto also has the chakra of all the other Tailed Beasts, which means that even now, the chakra of the 8 Tailed Beasts should, logically speaking, be inside him. It is possible that the author, Ikemoto, completely forgot about that, but he should still have their powers in him to use whenever he needs.

Five Nature Transformations

Naruto Uzumaki has grown greatly when it comes to improving upon his basic nature transformations. By adulthood, Naruto Uzumaki has access to all five nature transformations. Of course, Six Paths Sage Mode offers all of them to him, but even without it, he seems to have mastered them to a great degree. Naruto can use all five nature transformations with great control, and he will likely continue to use them with great control when he returns as well.

Wood Release (Potential)

Could Be Used Through Hashirama Cells

While Naruto Uzumaki hasn't used Wood Release yet, it makes perfect sense for him to have this power. Naruto received an arm made of Hashirama’s cells at the end of the war. This arm should give him access to the Kekkei Genkai of Wood Release. On top of that, fans know that with five natures, Naruto should be able to use the Earth Release and Water Release required for using Wood Release. He hasn't used this power yet, but in the future, he should be able to use it, provided the author doesn't simply forget.

Lava Release

Gained From Son Goku

Naruto Uzumaki gained access to the power of Son Goku during the War, which means that he also has access to Lava Release. In fact, Naruto used Lava Release during the war against Madara and Kaguya. Even in Boruto, during his fight against Delta, he made use of Lava Release. There is no reason for Naruto not to have this power.

Boil Release

Gained From Kokuo

Just like Lava Release, Naruto should also have access to Boil Release still. He gained this power during the War, and has used it quite a bit since. This power is incredibly underrated, and if he can still tap into it, he will be able to contend with even the strongest of enemies.

Magnet Release

Gained From Shukaku

Naruto gained Shukaku’s chakra in the Fourth Great Ninja War, and that means he has access to the Magnet Release Kekkei Genkai as well. This power makes Naruto more versatile as a fighter and boosts his sealing capabilities greatly. Hopefully, the author will show Naruto Uzumaki making use of Magnet Release upon his return in Two Blue Vortex.
