As for Boruto Uzumaki, things are more complicated. He cannot control the Karma properly and there exists the risk of Momoshiki Otsutsuki taking over. As such, Boruto will most definitely be in trouble if his Karma seal resonates with that of Kawaki and he fails to control it.

Momoshiki Otsutsuki Manifests

Quite easily, the biggest shock that fans could get in Boruto: Two Blue Vortex chapter 24 is Momoshiki Otsutsuki finally appearing. It's been a while since fans last saw him and they're eagerly waiting for him to make his presence known. Momoshiki is an absolute monster, and if he does awaken, the fight against Jura will take an exciting turn. It is highly likely that Momoshiki Otsutsuki will show up soon, but fans need to patiently wait for it to happen.
