Reina Vasquez was a great addition to the Bosch-verse, when she was introduced in Bosch: Legacy season 1 as Maddie Bosch's training officer in the LAPD. Denise G. Sanchez's role in Bosch: Legacy was significantly increased in the third and, sadly, final season with a stunning arc based around her nephew, Albert and his two friends being involved in a string of follow home robberies. It was a great showcase for Sanchez's acting skills, and a tease for future events. Unfortunately, Amazon stepped in and canceled Bosch: Legacy, leaving so many unanswered questions, and Reina Vasquez's story unfinished. It's been really beautiful to see the fans support the show. I feel like it's picked up a bit more steam now. It took a while for people to catch on and there was so much I wanted to say, but I had to remain respectful. There was a lot that I didn't know. Harry Bosch will make cameo appearances in Ballard, and Crate and Barrel will appear in one scene, but it's not known if Reina Vasquez or any other Bosch: Legacy characters will make appearances.
