The rumor began on January 28 when HeyImAlaix stated they could "confirm" that a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collaboration that includes an exclusive event and game mode is on the way. Realityuk_ then retweeted the statement with their own confirmation and added context regarding the game mode. According to Realityuk_, the game mode will share similarities with another upcoming event revolving around characters from The Boys and their special powers. This may suggest that Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles fans can use abilities unique to the Nickelodeon heroes in the datamined game mode.
The Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles May Be Joining the Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Roster
This is not the first time the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles property has joined a Call of Duty game, as Modern Warfare 2 (2022) featured Shredder as a playable character.
