With Call of Duty's big Season 3 update now approaching the halfway point, Activision has finally pulled back the curtain on Season 3 Reloaded. The highly anticipated update will introduce two new multiplayer maps to Black Ops 6, as well as Directed Mode for the Zombies Shattered Veil map. Fans can also expect to find plenty of new updates to Verdansk as the iconic map continues to evolve with the return of the Verdansk Train Station. While there's plenty of new content for players to check out, some are making it clear that they aren't happy with the game's new Event Pass.

Black Ops 6 Fans Aren't Happy With New Event Pass
The launch of Season 3 Reloaded will officially add Seth Rogen to Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone as part of the new "High Art" Event Pass. Like previous Event Passes, there will be a free and premium version, with the latter including the Seth Rogen operator and a second skin. However, fans don't appear to be happy with the theme of the Event Pass, as numerous posts have begun appearing on social media blasting the weed-themed cosmetics. Reddit user 12MillionDollarMan says the theme has been "overdone" and is not "cool or edgy anymore," while Flyinrhyno said it is "overplayed" and that they are "not really a fan."
While there has long been controversy surrounding the unrealistic operator skins in Call of Duty, fans have recently expressed their dissatisfaction with the sharp increase in weed-themed bundles in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. Recent months have seen a massive increase in the number of weed-themed bundles in the Call of Duty store, with Jay and Silent Bob and Seth Rogen becoming the latest figures known for their love of marijuana to join the game. Many fans have called it "boring" and made it clear they're tired of seeing the same skin types in the store.
This is also not the first time fans have criticized an Event Pass for Call of Duty. It all started back in January , when the Squid Game x Black Ops 6 event came under fire for introducing a Premium Event Pass. With Call of Duty already overrun with microtransactions, such as a Battle Pass, a BlackCell Battle Pass, and plenty of store bundles, fans believed it was excessive to introduce another form of Premium Pass. A later collaboration with Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles sparked even more controversy when fans discovered that it would cost almost $100 to purchase all four Turtle operators and the Premium Event Pass.
