Although it was met with a bombardment of Battlefield 6-related comments and hundreds of thousands of dislikes, Activision has already given fans their first official look at Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 with a worldwide reveal trailer earlier this year. However, as many die-hard fans will be well aware, Call of Duty often consists of three core game modes: Campaign, Multiplayer, and Zombies. As the only two trailers released for the game have primarily focused on the former of the three modes, fans are patiently waiting to see more from the remaining two.

Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Multiplayer Trailer Coming September 22

Activision and Treyarch have slowly been revealing more and more details about Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 Zombies over the past few days, but it looks like it's finally time for the shooter's multiplayer to take the spotlight as an official reveal trailer is just days away. In a new post on Twitter, Activision revealed an official roadmap for the Black Ops 7 beta, which kicks off next month. But before then, fans can look forward to an official multiplayer reveal trailer on September 22, followed by a Zombies reveal trailer on September 24, and the yearly COD Next event on September 30.

After fans finally get their first glimpse at Black Ops 7 multiplayer gameplay next week, it won't be long until they can go hands-on. As was previously confirmed, the roadmap reaffirms that the Black Ops 7 open beta will begin on October 5 for all players on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, and PC. But for those who are eager to jump in even earlier, pre-ordering Black Ops 7 will grant early access to the beta from October 2 to 5. The beta will then come to an end for all players on October 8, with the game's full release set for November 14.

But before the open beta kicks off, fans have even more to look forward to, as the popular COD Next event will return on September 30. Although it has yet to be confirmed what exactly will be shown off during the event, if previous years are anything to go by, fans can expect to see some of their favorite content creators go hands-on with Call of Duty: Black Ops 7. There will also likely be tons of new reveals and info dumps, as well as a potential glimpse at what Call of Duty: Warzone will look like following its integration with Black Ops 7 in Season 1.
