The first Zombies DLC map for Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 could take players to an out-of-this-world location, according to leaks posted on social media. The leaked Zombies map was hinted at just days before Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 goes live across multiple platforms, and is stated to be available during Season 1.
Once Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 launches on November 14, players can access the first Zombies map, Ashes of the Damned, which is the largest round-based Zombies map in the franchise. Some of the locations that players can battle through include the Janus Towers Plaza, Blackwater Lake, and the Zarya Cosmodrome. At launch, Black Ops 7's Zombies mode will include changes from its October beta test thanks to player feedback, including a unique user interface, adjustments to various weapons, and carryover access to some Black Ops 6 items. A Cursed difficulty mode for Black Ops 7 Zombies will also arrive once a single player finishes all quests in Ashes of the Damned, though time will tell how long that could take.

Call of Duty publisher Activision reveals a brand-new offer where Black Ops 7 players can nab themselves 10 hours of Double XP tokens for free.
Black Ops 7 Zombies May Take Players Beyond Earth
Although Treyarch has kept a tight lip about some story details for Zombies in Call of Duty: Black Ops 7, a new leak claimed that fan-favorite game mode will take players to an unexpected location for its first DLC map. According to Call of Duty insider TheGhostOfHope on Twitter, the first DLC Zombies map is allegedly a space station called Astra Malorum, which was described as an observatory situated "atop a skull with a red glow" floating somewhere in space. Astra Malorum roughly means "Stars of Evil" in Latin, which could clue players in on what to expect. TheGhostOfHope stated that the Wonder Vehicle from Ashes of the Damned would take players to Astra Malorum, and that it would be involved throughout the Dark Aether storyline. Astra Malorum is stated to launch as part of Season 1.
Additionally, TheGhostOfHope stated that Treyarch is planning at least five DLC maps for Black Ops 7 Zombies. Of course, rumors about Black Ops 7 before its anticipated November 14 launch must be taken with a fine grain of salt. As for what multiplayer fans can expect when Black Ops 7 arrives, various modes like Team Deathmatch and Control will be available out of the box.
The Nuketown 2025 multiplayer map will be available six days later, on November 20. While Call of Duty: Black Ops 7 will face stiff competition from Battlefield 6, it remains to be seen what surprises Treyarch has in store for its players.
