If players receive a message saying "Verification Failed" or "Verification Code Error," that means that the code has expired.

How To Claim Promo Codes In COD Mobile

In order to redeem promo codes, players will need to first head to the game's redemption page. Here, they will need to type in their UID, the code they want to redeem, and a verification code. Once that is done, they will be shown the account they are trying to redeem the code for. If it is correct, they can hit the redeem button and will receive it at their in-game mailbox.

Players will need their UID to redeem their codes. To find it, they can head to their profile by clicking the box with their username at the top left-hand side of the game's main page. From there, they can navigate to the basic tab and find the UID in the field shown in the second screenshot.
