This Light Machine Gun boasts the best accuracy in its class when used in tac stance — and a fast fire rate for high TTK. With the best loadout, however, the Kastov LSW can be made even better.

How To Unlock The Kastov LSW

The Kastov LSW is one of two weapons available in the Season 6 Battle Pass. To acquire it, players must first reach Sector 9 by progressing through previous Sectors with Battle Pass Tokens. The quickest way to get there is by claiming all the rewards in Sectors 1, 3, and then either 5 or 8. Once done, players need to claim all rewards in Sector 9, before using one last Battle Pass Token to unlock the Kastov LSW.

For players looking to skip the grind, purchasing the Season 6 Battle Pass and using its 20 Tier Skips is a great alternative. However, doing so will cost 2,400 COD Points.

The Haunting Season 6 is set to end with the debut of Black Ops 6 Season 1, and when it does, the Kastov LSW should move over to the Armory Unlock section for those who have not unlocked it.

This second build for the Kastov LSW is ideal for Warzone Battle Royale. While it may not make the weapon one of the best options in the game, the attachments listed below do an excellent job of reducing the high weapon kick and recoil of the Kastov LSW, while also boosting damage range and bullet velocity without negatively affecting mobility. Although handling takes a hit — especially with aim-down-sight and sprint-to-fire speed — bringing the weapon up and firing from a distance hasn't been hindered too much.
