Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 has released three new playlists for users to enjoy. This is the second fresh set of playlists since Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3's Season 2 update.

Modern Warfare 3's Season 2 update launched a week ago and introduced plenty of new features, such as new 6v6 maps, game modes, and more. The update also added new weekly playlists, which were Stash House 24/7, Team Gun Game, and Hordepoint: Armored Apocalypse. The Hordepoint mode was a first for Modern Warfare 3, as it introduced zombies to the game's Multiplayer by making players fend off hordes of undead while also battling the enemy team for control of a Hardpoint. It seems that Modern Warfare 3 has continued this trend by adding another zombie-themed Multiplayer mode.

The new version of Call of Duty's Hordepoint adds the Zombie mode's Hellhounds to the mix, which should make things even more frantic. It is worth noting that regular zombies still spawn in the new mode. Snipers Only sees players limited to sniper rifles, and Departures 24/7 allows users to enjoy Season 2's new Departures map. Departures is a larger 6v6 map that takes place in an international airport, and its art style might remind fans of Terminal in some ways. However, the map is entirely unique and plays much differently from Terminal, although it does feature plenty of long sightlines like the 2009 map does.

Following Modern Warfare 3's recent removal of sniper rifles from Ranked Play, Snipers Only seems to have come at the perfect time to give sniping fans a fun way to enjoy their favorite weapon class. The new mode includes Team Deathmatch and Domination and takes place on a variety of maps. In addition to removing all weapons other than sniper rifles, all lethal and tactical equipment are also removed.

The introduction of Departures 24/7 has led Stash House 24/7 to be rotated out. Like many of Call of Duty's smallest maps, Modern Warfare 3's new Stash House map has proven to be quite popular, although users have their complaints as well. The map's tiny size causes some questionable spawns to happen pretty regularly, and the house's unique layout creates lots of odd angles that take some getting used to. However, most fans of other tiny Call of Duty maps, such as Shipment, were probably enjoying Stash House before its 24/7 playlist was removed.
